Tom has extensive experience in the field of Intellectual Property (IP); from establishing a patent portfolio and advising in avoiding infringement for starting companies, prosecuting and managing complex patent portfolios for medium and large sized tech companies to large national and international litigations to safeguard the rights of his clients. Tom is also your counsel for Supplementary Proction Certificates (SPC’s).

Further, many foreign agents entrust Tom with cases of their clients for prosecution in Europe. Tom is listed in the IAM Patent 1000. Tom is not only entitled to act before the Netherlands and European Patent Office and the Dutch Patent Court of The Hague, but also before the Belgian Patent Office and the European Trademark Office OHIM.
